Biography
Robert “R.J.” McCaffery is an accomplished attorney with experience in Criminal Defense and White Collar litigation. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills and dedication to delivering results for his clients.
After earning his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, RJ worked as a public defender for over 10 years, where he gained extensive trial experience, and tried over 50 cases to verdict. He has represented clients in cases involving economic crimes, environmental crimes, sex offenses, insurance fraud, drug trafficking, DUI, murder and other serious crimes. Additionally, he has served as an advisor to Fair Trials International, a human rights organization that assists individuals facing criminal charges outside their home countries to obtain fair trials.
